New TRAM’s campaign #tuensimportes

On February 22nd, the new campaign for citizenship “Tu ens importes” of the Barcelona TRAM is launched.

There are four groups of people who require special attention during tram journeys and on public transport in general: older people, pregnant women, people with reduced mobility and people with young children.

Currently, each tram has two priority seating modules reserved for these people in need. With the intention of making travel more comfortable and safe for everyone, the TRAM has carried out an experiment using hidden cameras in the wagons to find out whether or not travellers give up their seats on a day-to-day basis.

The campaign will be deployed for a week at the Barcelona tram stops, inside, in digital formats (web and social networks) and through radio spots.

From DUNA we participate in the dissemination campaign with the presence of our educators to transmit this information to the travelers of the TRAM.
