animacio_sociocultural_mobilitacio_social1On Saturday, November 5th, 2016, DUNA attended the training day ‘Socio-cultural and Social mobilization’ which took place in the Auditorium of Can Fabra, at Barcelona. The training, organized by the CASC_CAT ( Coordination Committee for Socio-Cultural Animation in Catalunya), had as goal to reflect on the relationship between socio-cultural animation and social mobilization. The animation should serve people analyse reality critically, act to change it and become the protagonists of their own destiny. The socio-cultural animator would be the person who facilitates this self-organization in response to personal and social interests. The CASC_CAT groups associations, professionals, socio-cultural projects, universities, and institutes with educational cycles.
